Application Fee: 6,000THB

Registration / Waitlist fee 225,000THB

Non-refundable. Waived for Founding families. This fee is also for any student who has passed the admissions assessment and is placed on the school’s waitlist. The registration fee will act as the waitlist fee. When a place becomes available, this waitlist fee is transferred and will act as the registration fee.

Security Deposit: 200,000THB

This security deposit is refundable upon the student’s graduation (completion of Year 13) or withdrawal, provided written notice is received at least one full term in advance. For withdrawals at the end of Term 1 for the next academic year, notice must be given at the beginning of Term 3 of the current academic year.

Boarding

• Boarding (Flexi) 2,400 THB/Day Meals included.
• Boarding (Weekly) 438,000THB/Year Meals included. 15% off for Founding Families.
• Boarding (Full) 550,000THB/Year Meals included. 15% off for Founding Families.

OTHERS

Bus Transport, Residential Trips, Uniforms, and Meals: TBC

Books: School fees includes textbooks.

Technology: All students must bring their own personal technology device to support learning.
Details will be shared before the school year begins.

Sibling discount: Families receive a 10% discount on tuition fees for the second and subsequent siblings.

Late payment policy: Late payment charges of 1.5% per month (or part thereof) apply to overdue
invoices. Students may not attend class if fees remain unpaid by the start of the term.

Payment Terms: Wycombe Abbey International School Bangkok operates on a three-term academic year. School fees are billed termly and must be paid in advance.
